About

The CyPurr Collective is a group of some tech-minded folks who are very jazzed about cybersecurity, cats, and helping folks out with their digital dilemmas. We offer workshops for activists, journalists, educators, and everyday folks who want to up their encryption game.

As of now, we have 4 regular events every month:

  • Cypurr Sessions @ the Brooklyn Public Library (cryptoparty)
  • Securitea @ Bluestockings Bookstore (group discussion)
  • Cypurr Social @ Baby Castles (Movie Night)
  • Cypurr Open Meeting

We have been around for a couple years, and are hoping to grow, so that we can help more and more folks with our mission. With have plans to do some cool stuff, and bigger and better things, but we need your help to do it! Become a subscriber and help us get cybersecurity education out to as many people as we can!
