Howdy y'all! This is Xavier with Cooperation Tulsa. We wanted to share the news that we are preparing to receive a donated piece of property in north Tulsa, which we will be leveraging as a logistics hub for our network of community gardens.

With the help of members, neighbors, and volunteers, we did some initial work to bring it to municipal code, cutting down the overgrowth on the vacant property. A council for the project will be formed on January 1st, where we will put together some concrete plans to be approved at our general assembly on January 2nd, so please reach out if you want to learn more how to get involved!

Most of the funding going towards the costs of conveyance are coming from our separate crowdfunding effort before we started on this platform, but once we have a specific idea of what and how we want to build out the property, expect more updates on this platform, as well as some ideation on our plans!
