What is Beet Street?
Beet Street is a collaborative project that was coordinated by a Food Insecurity Mutual Aid Group hosted through the Chicagoland Food Sovereignty Coalition (CFSC) The coordinators behind this project are all Queer, Trans, and/ or BIPOC folks invested in dreaming about and building a more radical and liberated food system.
